UCCI has so far ensured registration 308 industries who have shown their interest
to use HWMF facility and the district- wise position of units registered as well
quantity of Hazardous Waste generation by the respective units is given below:

Out of approx. 8829 MTs of waste about 7784 MT will be non-incinerable waste and approx. 1045 MT will be incinerable waste for which Incinerator will be installed at a cost of Rs. 6 crores. It is envisaged that by the time the facility will become fully operative about 18000 NT waste shall be made available to achieve the break even point. |
