TRIPARTITE AGREEMENT:
Tripartite Agreement between UIWM&RC, U.C.C.I. and M/s Ramky Enviro Engineers Ltd., Hyderabad (Contractor/Operator), has been executed on 19.01.2006 wherein respective responsibilities have been defined.

VALIDITY PERIOD OF AGREEMENT:
The validity period of the Agreement shall be for 55 years from the date of agreement i.e. 19.01.2006 In other words, the operator shall operate the facility for a period of 25 years within the framework of Rules & Regulations of Government and thereafter operator shall maintain/monitor the CHWTSDF site for the next 30 years after its closure as per the Law of the Land.
CONSTRUCTION AT SITE:
Civil work at site is in full swing, landfill facility is ready to accept the Waste and within a short period the facility will be partially operational and it will provide a considerable relief of the industries so far as their problem of disposal of Hazardous Waste is concerned, specially to those whose waste is getting accumulated since more than 90 days. Incinerator has been ordered and remaining building work is in progress for Admn.Office, Laboratory, Washing system, Rain water Harvesting etc.
CONSENT TO OPERATE:
M/s Ramky Enviro Engineers Ltd, have applied to RSPCB for grant of “Consent to Operate” in their favour and once it is received landfill waste of all the industries registered/ to be registered with UCCI, will be transported at HWM Facility at Udaipur.
COLLECTION CENTRES:
As per terms of agreement, collection centers are to be opened at Bhiwadi, Jaipur and Bhilwara in 1st phase for the convenience of member Industries, Collection Centre at Jaipur is already in operation.
REGISTRATION OF MENBRSHIP:
As usual, Udaipur Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Udaipur, will continue the registration of CHWTSDF at a nominal fee of Rs.25, 000/- and intended members shall contact the Secretariat of UCCI.
MEETEINGS WITH INDUSRY MEMBERS:
M/s Ramky have been advised to organize meetings with industry members, respective industries associations and officials of RSPCB to make them aware about procedure to be followed, prices to be charged, transportation etc. for scientific disposal of Hazardous Waste.
